What if it rains during the picnic?
No worries, everything can be packed up and rescheduled for a time that works for you.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, and we’ll reschedule
Can I bring extra food to the picnic?
Yes, feel free to bring as much as you’d like.
What if I'm running late?
It’s best to arrive 10 minutes early for the briefing. However, there’s a 20-minute grace period; after that, you will lose the picnic
Can I add someone to the picnic?
Yes, an additional fee applies (please check the contact details for the amount).
Can I move the picnic location?
Yes, as long as you stay within a distance of 20 meters.
What if I want more time?
You need to send a message to the contact number to request it (an extra fee will apply).
Can I end the picnic early?
Yes, but please notify us at least 50 minutes in advance.
Can I leave the picnic?
No, you must wait until a staff member arrives to collect all the picnic items before you can leave.
Where does the picnic take place?
Once you book the service, we will email you the exact location of the place you have chosen.
